The Journal website is provided for academic and research purposes. 4. Author Responsibilities
Authors submitting manuscripts to the Journal represent that: (a) the work is original and has not been published elsewhere; (b) all co-authors have approved the submission; (c) the work does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights; (d) all data and findings presented are accurate and authentic; (e) appropriate ethical approvals have been obtained where required.
5. Peer Review Integrity
The Journal operates a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality of the manuscripts they review and to disclose any conflicts of interest. Authors must not attempt to identify or contact reviewers. Any breach of peer review integrity may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
6. Intellectual Property
The Journal name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of Cornell University. Authors retain copyright of their published work under the CC BY 4.0 license. Unauthorized reproduction of the journal's editorial content, design, or trademarks is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The journal website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The views expressed in published articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Cornell University or the editorial board.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornell University shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or its content, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Retraction and Correction Policy
The Journal reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when there is evidence of error, data manipulation, plagiarism, or other forms of research misconduct. Retractions will be clearly indicated in the published record and will include a statement explaining the reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cornell University is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
