We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Senior Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs

- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
