We are InfiniteLoop, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Program Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
