About the Role

We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Senior Account Executive to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients

What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
