We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Senior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
